Gili Air Lagoon Resort By Waringin Hospitality, Gili Air

I had a really disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were quite dirty and didn't meet expectations. While the staff was friendly and seemed to care, the management, especially a person named ALWI, appeared indifferent to the issues brought up by guests. The pool was also dirty, which added to the letdown. Given the price point, I expected much better value for my money.

My week-long stay was absolutely magical! The gardens were lovely, and the pool was huge and beautiful, although it could use a bit of extra cleaning. The staff were genuinely kind and made me feel welcome. The location was convenient with great snorkeling and food options nearby. I definitely want to return! On the downside, some bugs did fall into the pool, but it didn't detract significantly from my experience.
